Because digital products provide immediate access to downloadable content that cannot be physically returned, digital product purchases are generally final and non-refundable once access has been provided or the product has been downloaded.
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from receiving or accessing your purchase, contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
A duplicate charge or other verified billing error will be reviewed and corrected when appropriate.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Your purchase includes a personal, non-transferable license for use within your own household.
You may print and reprint pages for your household.
You may not share, forward, upload, redistribute, resell, reproduce for other families, or use the product with clients, groups, classrooms, or organizations without written permission from Spectrum Family Consulting.
