Spectrum Family Consulting provides non-clinical parent education, family education, and educational resources designed to help parents and caregivers better understand patterns surrounding everyday behavior, communication, routines, expectations, environments, and family interactions.
SFC does not provide medical care, mental health treatment, behavioral therapy, diagnosis, clinical assessment, treatment planning, or other clinical services.
Our products and educational materials are not substitutes for individualized medical, psychological, behavioral, educational, or other professional advice when such support is needed.
Parents and caregivers remain responsible for decisions regarding their children and families.
SFC may sell downloadable workbooks, worksheets, guides, educational tools, and other digital resources.
Unless otherwise stated, digital products are delivered electronically and are intended for personal household use only.
Purchase of a digital product grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for the purchaser’s own household.
Ownership of the product and its intellectual property does not transfer to the purchaser.
You may:
• download the purchased product for your personal use;
• save a copy on your personal devices;
• print copies as reasonably needed for use within your own household; and
• reprint blank pages for continued use within your own household.
You may not:
• share, forward, email, upload, or otherwise distribute the digital file or download link to another person;
• provide copies to other families;
• post the product or any substantial portion of it online;
• resell, sublicense, rent, or give away the product;
• use the product as a resource distributed to clients, students, classrooms, groups, organizations, or paid program participants without written permission;
• modify, rebrand, reproduce, or package the product or any portion of it as your own; or
• use SFC materials to create substantially similar materials for sale or commercial distribution.
If you are a school, organization, professional, educator, consultant, or other entity interested in using SFC materials with multiple families or participants, contact SFC regarding licensing options.
Unless otherwise stated, the text, branding, workbook structure, educational content, graphics, downloadable materials, and other original content provided by Spectrum Family Consulting are owned or licensed by Spectrum Family Consulting LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No rights are granted except the limited personal-use license described in these Terms.
Prices are displayed before checkout.
Applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar taxes may be added based on the purchaser’s location.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers and merchant-of-record services. Those providers may collect information necessary to process your transaction, prevent fraud, comply with tax requirements, and provide payment-related support.
Digital products are generally delivered electronically after successful payment.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address at checkout and maintaining access to that email account.
If you purchase a digital product and do not receive access instructions within a reasonable period, contact SFC using the contact information provided on our website.
Because digital products provide access to downloadable content that cannot be physically returned, digital product purchases are generally final and non-refundable once access has been provided or the product has been downloaded, except where required by applicable law.
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from receiving or accessing your purchase, contact SFC so that we can attempt to resolve the issue.
A duplicate charge or other verified billing error will be reviewed and corrected when appropriate.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
SFC educational resources are designed to support observation, understanding, planning, and informed family decision-making.
We do not guarantee any specific behavioral, educational, family, financial, or other outcome from use of our products or resources.
Every child, family, and situation is different.
SFC resources are not intended for emergencies or situations involving immediate safety concerns.
If there is an immediate danger or emergency, contact appropriate emergency services.
Families should seek appropriately qualified professional support when concerns fall outside the educational scope of SFC resources or when individualized professional evaluation or intervention is needed.
You agree not to use SFC websites, products, or resources:
• unlawfully;
• in a manner that infringes intellectual property rights;
• to redistribute protected materials;
• to interfere with website security or functionality; or
• to misrepresent SFC materials as your own.
SFC may use third-party services for payment processing, email delivery, hosting, forms, file delivery, analytics, or other business operations.
Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spectrum Family Consulting LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, our educational products or website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
